Together, we’ll discuss style, possibilities, & budget to create a custom piece that’s uniquely yours.
This appointment is part of the custom design process. You’ll meet with the designer to review the wax model of your piece before it’s cast, allowing you to see the design’s form & make any final adjustments.

During this appointment, you’ll drop off your items and receive a quote for the work. Our typical turnaround time is about two weeks, ensuring your jewelry is restored with precision and care.

This process adds an electroplated layer of rhodium — a hypoallergenic bright white metal — to enhance luster and make your white gold jewelry look brand new. Most rhodium plating can be completed the same day, typically within about an hour. If dropped off toward the end of the day, it may need to be picked up the following day.
